No Foul…

Quote Unquote.

But here’s some other things to notice about Game 4 of the 2008 Western Conference Finals:

1) Ginobili got his first points of the game in the third quarter on two free throws.

2) When Brent Barry scores more than Manu, the Spurs don’t deserve to win.

3) Spurs had the Lakers in foul trouble early and tied the game several times, and never led once.

4) Kobe took 29 shots; he never got to the free-throw line.

5) Regardless of the 29 points he scored, Tim Duncan was a whiny ass bitch the entire game expecting a call everytime he turned his shoulders from a post-up position. As if my hatred for him as a player wasn’t large enough already, thanks to last night (And those four steps he took near the end of the 1st) it grew two-fold.

6) When Tony Parker hit that lay-up with 0:28 left, Derrick Fisher’s shot that followed lightly yet clearly hit rim then got knocked out by Big Shot Bob, but of course the home town shot clock operator conveniently didn’t reset the clock, which then led to Kobe chuckin’ a brick with 5 seconds left and 2 on the shot clock.

7) The Forth Quarter was a non-call quarter for both teams, changing that all of a sudden, to cater a home team, in the dying seconds, of a game where they never led, would have been the wrong call.

You hate Tim Duncan, too? I loathe Tim Duncan! I’ll never forgive anyone form the 1999 Spurs, nor anyone who associates with anyone from the 1999 Spurs, or roots for them.

Anyway, I’ve been following the NBA Playoffs all the way so far, and it’s been some interesting stuff happening. I think I’m still rooting for Boston to win the whole thing (KG needs a ring), but really it’s anyone but San Antonio.

    1999 needed a asterisk.

You don’t know how happy I was when D Fish hit that shot back in the day.

If the spurs and pistons don’t make it to the finals, the League wins.
